Hey hey hey! You’ve found the outlook competency! Wahoo!
Outlook is Microsoft’s email, contact, and calendar manager. Although we probably won’t be teaching classes on Outlook anytime soon, this program is a great one to learn. It is very useful and the odds are that each and every one of us will use it at some point in our lives, so learn now!
Level 1
To pass off the level 1 competency, demonstrate your knowledge of Outlook by showing the following skills

- Send & Receive
- Reply, Reply All, Forward
- Cc and BCC
- Signature
- People
- Make a new contact
- Make a new contact from email
- Calendar and Tasks
- Have two calendars
- Schedule an appointment
- Schedule repeating appointment
- Schedule a meeting
- Turn off the alarm
- Respond to events
- Invite to events
- Create a Task
- Create a task from email (flagging)
Show your skills to the sage in order to receive your competency award
Level 2
To pass off the level 2 competency, demonstrate your knowledge of Outlook by showing the following skills

- Create Categories
- Create Folders
- Manage multiple email accounts
- Add accounts from Microsoft exchange
- Importance
